In lieu of degree, experience in a NOC, SOC, IT security, or network operations role * One of the following certifications, equivalent or better: Sec+, Net+, CCNA; or the ability to obtain the certification within 60 days. * Basic understanding of networking and security concepts * Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays on rotating shift schedule Preferred Qualifications * Active Secret clearance preferred but not required * Basic understanding of network monitoring systems (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or equivalent) * Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) ## Description We're looking for a NOC Analyst Tier 1 responsible for continuous monitoring of network infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
