An experienced SAP OCM Lead experience designing and executing organizational change strategies across large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs., while serving as the change leadership authority driving stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and adoption across complex multi-functional, multi-geography implementations to accelerate go-live readiness and sustain post-go-live value realization.

## Description

+ Design and own the end-to-end OCM strategy and plan across all program phases covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption workstreams

 + Conduct organizational change impact assessments across all impacted functions - Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and IT - and translate outputs into targeted change interventions

 + Lead stakeholder identification, mapping, and segmentation; design and execute targeted engagement strategies for high-influence and high-resistance populations

 + Build and activate Change Champion networks across business units and geographies to amplify change messaging and drive grassroots adoption

 + Facilitate executive alignment sessions and sponsor roadmap activities; coach CFO, COO, and CIO-level sponsors on effective change leadership behaviors

 + Own program communications strategy and master calendar including executive announcements, town halls, intranet content, email campaigns, and go-live countdown messaging
