## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
 * 1 or more years of experience in Embedded software engineering, using C/C++ (both structured and Object Oriented) and assembly
 * 1 or more years of experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
 * Must be able to obtain a security clearance due to compliance with U. S. export laws and regulations.

WE VALUE:

 * Understanding various software development lifecycle (AGILE & Waterfall)
 * Demonstrate the ability to develop efficient and high-quality embedded real-time software and architecture (board support/driver and embedded application activities)
 * Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices (e.g. GIT/Bitbucket and JIRA)
 * Developed software in certified or regulated safety environments (e.g. DO-178, MIL-STD 883)
 * Effective communicate subtle or complex messages in a diverse team environment
 * Can quickly analyze and apply new information & concepts and make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
 * Beneficial execution role experience
 + Experience with scalable architectures, low level drivers IO, integration activities on ARM or FPGA SoCs
 + Proficient in Deos /RTOS/Linux or any RTOS.
 + Experience in communication protocols like CAN, A429 etc
 + Experience in Network protocols like A664
 + Development in multithreaded and rate task architectures
 + Six Sigma or Lean development methodology
