 * Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with a solid customer-service orientation.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to share ideas both with the business and internal IT teams.
 * Ability to maintain a detail oriented approach while multitasking in a fast paced environment.

## Description

The responsibilities and duties of the Salesforce Developer are (but not limited to):

 * Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
 * Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries across standard and custom objects in complex data models.
 * Configure and support Salesforce administrative operations, including workflows, validation rules, security settings, and role hierarchies.
 * Deliver clean, reliable, and well-documented code on schedule, ensuring alignment with business and client requirements.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a strong customer-service orientation in high-pressure environments.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
 * Monitor system performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
 * Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
 * Manage multiple priorities effectively, balancing long-term projects with urgent client requests.
 * Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
