This role will design, develop, and deploy a multi agent ecosystem that automates key software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, testing, documentation, and release preparation. The ideal candidate is a builder with deep software engineering and AI expertise who can independently create AI agents that work together as a digital engineering workforce. This individual will rapidly deliver proof of concepts, deploy production solutions, and establish a scalable foundation for AI driven software engineering. The primary objective of this role is to build an AI powered software engineering factory that converts business requirements into production ready software through a coordinated ecosystem of AI agents with appropriate human oversight, resulting in measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
