## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, systems analysis, or business analysis on IT programs.
 * Experience documenting requirements and technical specifications in an Agile development environment.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
 * Experience working with data management, reporting, or application development teams.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable application lifecycle management tools.
 * Experience supporting federal data or analytics programs., Bachelor's degree in data science or a related quantitative field. Experience can be considered in lieu of education

## Description

* Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from government stakeholders.
 * Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
 * Support systems analysis across data warehouse, reporting, application, and analytics workstreams.
 * Facilitate requirements sessions and maintain requirements traceability.
 * Coordinate with developers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure requirements are met throughout the delivery lifecycle.
 * Support user acceptance testing and validate delivered capabilities against documented requirements.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
