* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
 * Experience: 3+ years of systems administration, endpoint management, IT infrastructure, or a related role is required.
 * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems administration, endpoint management, Windows and macOS environments, and IT security best practices is required.
 * Technical Skills: Experience with endpoint management platforms, scripting languages, Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with enterprise device management or identity management platforms is preferred.
 * Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver reliable technical solutions.

## Description

* Systems Administration: Manage and maintain endpoint management systems, device configurations, user access, and administrative policies across enterprise environments.
 * Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative tasks, improve system efficiency, and streamline operational processes.
 * Endpoint Management: Support endpoint security, device compliance, software deployment, patch management, and system performance.
 * Infrastructure Support: Monitor, maintain, and optimize system configurations while identifying opportunities to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
 * Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system standards to support ongoing administration.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions and support infrastructure initiatives.
