Have a solid understanding of common software data structures and algorithms * You understand the constraints of working with a growing team and thrive in an environment that is fast paced. ## Description As a Senior Software Engineer on CNN's Site Performance Team, you will make significant contributions enhancing the performance and user experience of one of the world's leading news and media platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site performance focusing on speed, responsiveness, and scalability. Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in code, databases, and infrastructure to ensure lightning-fast page load times and smooth user interactions. This position will also contribute to using and implementing monitoring and analytics tools to track and analyze site performance metrics.
