Preferred qualifications: * 6+ years of enterprise IT experience. * Experience providing executive or white-glove technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. * Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, or other endpoint management platforms. * Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools. * Familiarity with AV, conferencing, collaboration, and room-support technologies used in executive settings. * Familiarity with endpoint security tools and enterprise security best practices. * Experience using AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and workflow automation. ## Description The Associate Systems Administrator provides day-to-day enterprise end-user IT support, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, and asset lifecycle support. This role is responsible for helping maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment by delivering white-glove technical support to employees, with particular focus on executive users, executive assistants, board-facing support needs, and visiting leaders.
