## About the Role

* This role is best suited for someone with substantial hands-on experience in Databricks, data engineering, and data pipeline development
 * You will build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize data solutions that support reinsurance processing, reporting, automation, and deal onboarding
 * You should be comfortable solving medium- to complex-level technical challenges using Python and/or Java, modern data platforms, and strong software development practices
 * Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, modern deployment practices, Agile tooling, and automation frameworks is highly relevant
 * Experience with insurance, reinsurance, PRT, Azure, SQL Server, SSIS, Cosmos DB, AI-enabled automation, or LLM tools is a plus, * Strong firsthand Databricks experience
 * Data pipeline, integration, or modern data platform development experience
 * Python and/or Java development experience
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex data engineering or application issues
 * Foundational exposure to cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, deployment, Agile, or automation practices
