Preferred * Experience serving as the primary IT leader or senior infrastructure professional within a small to mid-sized organization (50-500 employees). * Experience in a medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, aesthetics, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environment. * Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, GxP requirements, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. * Experience supporting commercial operations, sales operations, manufacturing, distribution, or customer-facing business functions. * Microsoft, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud certifications. * Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI), Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation platforms, AI-enabled business applications, or digital transformation initiatives. * Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes, reporting, infrastructure operations, or end-user productivity. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on Information Systems Manager to own and optimize our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and end-user support environment. The ideal candidate has experience in a small to mid-sized medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing organization, where they served as a key technology leader with broad technical responsibilities. Experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies is a strong plus.
