## Description

The Director of ACCS Technologies will lead the strategy, innovation, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge engineering solutions in the areas of Audio, Cameras, Communications, & Sensing technologies for PS PCs and Docks. They will oversee a team of engineering experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as key technology partners to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products that align with HP's strategic & business goals., * Lead the ACCS technologies engineering team, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with BPS' vision and values to architect and deliver the human interface and experience layer for AI PCs and connected devices.

 * Drive the research, development, and integration of new technologies into product design and manufacturing processes.
 * Develop the strategic technology strategies to achieve differentiated & best in class experiences with HP devices.
 * Collaborate with product management, TCs, and sales teams to understand market needs, customer asks, and translate them into engineering requirements.
 * Foster a collaborative culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
 * Manage the engineering project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
 * Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to stay abreast of technological advancements.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
