This role will serve as the primary liaison between North American business users and an international Business Intelligence team, helping drive adoption of new Power BI dashboards, coordinate user feedback, and support the transition from legacy reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong Business Analyst or Change Management background, experience supporting Business Intelligence initiatives, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is focused on user adoption, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, training support, and process improvement rather than dashboard development.
