This role is primarily responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing systems that support meaningful student engagement with community clients across multiple institutional programs, including partnership development, student cohort support, and assessment of learning outcomes and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience building collaborative partnerships, and a demonstrated commitment to student development and community engagement. To be successful in this position, the individual must excel at coordinating across diverse stakeholders, creating clear processes and communication pathways, supporting student leadership and professionalism, and implementing effective assessment practices that strengthen both student learning and client relationships. This is a six-year, grant-funded position. Reappointment and continued employment throughout this period are subject to ongoing availability of funding and the successful renewal of the grant.
