## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role
 * Strong customer service and communication skills - you focus on end-user experience and empathize with users
 * Success both when working independently and within a team - you'll anchor coverage for the back half of the day
 * Experience administering systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
 * Experience supporting Apple hardware, including MDM tools like Iru (formerly Kandji) or Jamf, and device lifecycle for a remote workforce

Bonus points if you have any of the following

 * Experience automating repetitive tasks with tools like Okta Workflows, Slack Workflows or BetterCloud
 * Experience with Slack-based IT ticketing tools
 * Experience with security and compliance platforms like Vanta or Drata
