The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, Spring Boot, microservices, Cassandra, CockroachDB, Kafka, and Kubernetes and a proven ability to design, build, and operate scalable, reliable services with measurable outcomes. This is a 6-month right-to-hire opportunity based on performance., * Expertise in backend development with Java and Spring Boot, building and operating microservices. * Frontend experience with React for building usable interfaces and component libraries. * Proficiency with Apache Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns. * Hands-on experience with Cassandra and CockroachDB, including data modeling and performance tuning. * Containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native tooling. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on reliability and scalability. * Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. * Experience level: 5+ years in relevant full stack or backend roles.
