 * Integration Patterns: Extensive experience with OAuth, JWT, Event-Driven Architecture (Platform Events), and bulk data migration tools.

## Description

Technical Architecture & Advanced Development

 * Architect Solutions: Design end-to-end solutions that balance declarative configuration with complex programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
 * Enforce Best Practices: Set coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
 * Optimize Data Models: Design and maintain scalable custom data architectures, sharing models, and security matrices.
 * Refactor Legacy Code: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing technical debt to improve platform performance.

Integration & DevOps Leadership

 * Design Enterprise Integrations: Build secure, real-time and asynchronous integrations with ERPs, billing engines, and legacy databases via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
 * Manage Release Management: Own the CI/CD pipeline, branching strategies, and environment synchronization across Sandboxes using tools like Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
 * AppExchange Governance: Evaluate, install, and technically audit third-party managed packages.

Mentorship & Stakeholder Management

 * Lead Teams: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
 * Translate Requirements: Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and business users to convert complex business processes into concrete technical designs.
