This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process automation, and database management, and will be adept at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership., * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. * Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience as a data analyst or similar data-focused role. * Experience creating interactive reports using modern data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, SQL, R) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. * Experience designing databases and user-interfaces to collect data and automate workflows. * Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders. * Active U.S. government issued security clearance at the appropriate level for the duration of the contract Period of Performance.
