Preferred Skills * Experience partnering closely with Product organizations to deliver complex technical roadmaps. * Familiarity with financial markets, trading infrastructure, market data systems, or other mission-critical financial technology. * Experience applying AI tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and software delivery. * Experience with decentralized infrastructure supporting Web3 ecosystems. ## Description The Engineering Manager for Data Feeds will lead a critical area of the engineering organization responsible for one of Chainlink's flagship products. This role combines technical leadership, engineering judgment, and people leadership to ensure the team delivers high-quality, reliable infrastructure while balancing delivery, technical quality, and long-term maintainability.. Working closely with Product, Technical Leads, and peer Engineering Managers, you will enable the delivery of complex distributed systems that underpin decentralized applications and financial markets, while fostering an engineering culture grounded in technical excellence, operational rigor, and continuous improvement. Data Feeds is one of Chainlink's foundational products, providing trusted, high-quality data that powers decentralized applications across the blockchain ecosystem. The team is responsible for operating and evolving critical infrastructure that supports some of the industry's most widely used decentralized finance protocols.
