In the role of Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the team responsible for crafting, delivering, and scaling the Payments Orchestration layer. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring our Payments products can move with speed and integrity while meeting the strict demands of a regulated global business. This is a high-leverage opportunity where you will manage a critical, large, and high-performing team. You will own the strategic evolution of the Payments Orchestration vision and deliver core capabilities that ensure Ripple's customer experiences are secure, compliant, and globally scalable.
