Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S. Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent and three (3) years of professional IT experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols. Experience must include: Working with IBM DataPower implementations, and RESTful/SOAP services; Utilizing various forms of Web Authentication including Mutual TLS, SAML, OAuth, and XMLSig; Working with XSLT, Javascript, and Bash shell scripting; SSO experience with DataPower, Ping, and Azure; Configuring and administration of IBM WebSphere SOA Appliances - Data Power IDG, XI50 and XI52; Experience with GIT or other version control systems. #LI-DNP ## Description Duties: Responsible for the design, implementation and support of the web security platforms/toolsets necessary to protect the financial future of Voya customers. Understand and troubleshoot encryption (SSL/TLS), web traffic, and packet analysis. Perform activities including planning, providing technical leadership, and tracking projects and key task dates. Participate with development, maintenance, and testing of operating systems and applications security; review existing data systems security issues and procedures. Use Security monitoring tools to review, investigate, and recommend appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents. Respond to problems for all levels of associates; participate in 24 X 7 production system security issue and event handling. Develop management reporting tools. Communicate with customers and management to ensure customers' security requirements are met and in compliance with company standards.
