You understand async patterns, can debug complex systems, and write code that other engineers enjoy working with. AI/ML fluency - You've worked with LLMs beyond just API calls. Ideally you understand prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or have built AI-powered features. Bonus if you've thought about how AI search engines consume and cite content. Full-stack instincts - You're comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You don't need permission to fix something that's broken. Startup pace - You've shipped in environments where speed matters. You know when to build it right and when to build it now. Commerce or SEO background - Not required, but helpful. If you've worked on e-commerce platforms, marketing tech, or search optimization, you'll ramp faster. ## Description We're looking for a Founding Engineer to help build our core product from the ground up. You'll work directly with leadership to ship features that enterprise commerce brands rely on daily. This is a high-ownership role where your technical decisions will shape our architecture for years to come. Why Superpilot? Marketing is in the middle of an actual platform shift. Agentic AI products are going to augment a generation of marketing tools, and the design patterns for those products are still being created. This is a small window to do the foundational design work for one of the products that defines the category.
