## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance (applicable to this customer)
 * Solid JavaScript experience is a must, in addition to hands-on ServiceNow experience
 * Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
 * Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience
 * Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules
 * Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements
 * Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
 * Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls
 * Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach
 * Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management
 * Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request

What Would be Nice to Have

 * 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience is preferred
 * ServiceNow certifications are highly desired
