## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
 * 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
 * Service Desk / Help Desk Operations
 * IT Operations or Application Support
 * System Administration
 * Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
 * Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.
 * Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.
