 * 4+ years of proven experience leading development teams.
 * Strong coding skills in Java and hands-on development experience with Spring Boot Microservices.
 * Proven experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and resilient applications.
 * Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
 * Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services and cloud-native application development.
 * Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Strong code review, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
 * Experience with automated testing using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
 * Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
 * Strong understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.
 * Mandatory experience in Retail Commerce/eCommerce domain.
 * Strong understanding of retail business processes including Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, and Order Management.
 * Experience integrating applications with Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, Martech, Payment, and SaaS platforms.
 * Ability to take ownership from requirements gathering through production deployment and support.
