Their focus is centered around deploying practical, production-ready AI systems that solve real business problems at scale across industries such as healthcare, telecom, insurance, manufacturing, and consumer services. We're currently seeking an AI Engineer to join the team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This is a highly hands-on engineering role working directly alongside AI Strategists and customer stakeholders to design, prototype, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions in live production environments. This team operates in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, iteration, and real-world execution matter. The ideal person is naturally curious, constantly exploring emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling, while also bringing the communication maturity needed to operate directly with enterprise customers. The engineering organization has built its own internal AI platform used to rapidly spin up and deploy customer solutions. AI Engineers work closely with AI Strategists to help shape ideas into scalable technical solutions, pressure test feasibility, and determine how systems can be operationalized effectively within enterprise environments.
