## Description

Are you an engineering graduate looking to launch your career while contributing to critical U.S. Navy missions? Join our growing team as an Entry-Level Reliability Engineer and help ensure the readiness, reliability, and performance of systems that support our nation's warfighters., As a Reliability Engineer, you will support engineering and logistics efforts for Navy programs by assisting with the analysis, review, and development of technical data and system support documentation. Under the guidance of senior engineers and program leaders, you will:

 * Review technical data packages for compliance with engineering standards and program requirements
 * Review engineering and technical referrals in accordance with established processes and procedures
 * Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control and quality assurance systems
 * Review, validate, and develop technical data, technical manuals, and provisioning documentation
 * Analyze performance and supportability data to assist in the development of Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models
 * Support a variety of engineering, reliability, maintainability, and logistics-related activities
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced system readiness
 * Contribute innovative ideas and technical solutions while developing professional engineering skills, * Work on meaningful projects that directly support U.S. Navy readiness and mission success
 * Gain mentorship from experienced engineers and defense industry professionals
 * Build expertise in reliability engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and systems support
