This role supports global infrastructure services and contributes to the modernization and automation of enterprise platforms., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. * Five to seven years or more of experience as a Windows Server or Platform Engineer. * Strong experience administering Windows Server environments at enterprise scale. * Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS patch management. * Experience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation. * Experience using Ansible and Ansible Tower or AWX. * Experience with VMware vCenter or comparable virtualization technologies. * Experience utilizing monitoring platforms such as Splunk or similar tools. * Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions. * Experience managing endpoint security operating system configurations. * Expertise supporting Windows Failover Clustering environments. * Experience with server build automation, problem management, and operational support. * Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments. * Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence enabled automation technologies and engineering use cases. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills. * Proven ability to work effectively in agile, team oriented environments. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting large scale global ESX infrastructure services. * Experience supporting infrastructure platforms that enable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workloads. * Experience leading enterprise infrastructure deployments across multiple geographic regions.
