Education * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience * 5+ years of desktop engineering or enterprise desktop support experience. * 3+ years of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) administration, including software deployment, package creation, and operating system deployment. * Experience administering Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot. * Experience with networking concepts, wireless technologies, LAN environments, SQL, scripting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure. Additional Information * Experience supporting endpoints across multiple locations and distributed environments. * Strong understanding of change management and operational best practices. * Demonstrated commitment to endpoint security, compliance, and continuous improvement. ## Description The Senior Desktop Engineer is responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise endpoint technologies across distributed environments. This role focuses on maintaining secure, compliant, and healthy endpoint systems through modern endpoint management platforms, automation, and best practices.
