* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
 * Experience supporting enterprise applications throughout the application lifecycle.
 * Experience with application support, break/fix troubleshooting, configuration, design/build activities, patching, and upgrades.
 * Experience translating business requirements into application configurations and technical solutions.
 * Experience configuring application security, user roles, permissions, and governance.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations and APIs.
 * Experience performing application testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
 * Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
 * Experience supporting enterprise application implementations and system enhancements.
 * Participation in an on-call rotation is required.

## Description

* Configure, administer, and support enterprise applications by translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
 * Design, build, configure, install, and maintain enterprise applications supporting clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows.
 * Provide day-to-day application support, including break/fix troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, maintenance, and operational support.
 * Support application lifecycle initiatives, including application decommissioning, data archiving, retention scheduling, and enterprise architecture software.
 * Analyze business workflows and evaluate how assigned applications interact with the supporting technical environment.
 * Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements to optimize application performance and stability.
 * Configure application security, manage security roles, permissions, and governance.
 * Perform application testing, validation, quality assurance, and support software implementations and upgrades.
 * Create reports and validate application data.
 * Develop and maintain application documentation, configuration documentation, and testing documentation.
 * Provide end-user support, onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
 * Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users at all levels of the organization.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support activities.
 * Understand assigned products' functionality, integrations, and interactions with other enterprise systems through APIs.
 * Analyze and resolve multifaceted and highly complex technical issues.
 * Participate in application optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
 * Participate in on-call rotations.
 * Perform other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
