## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation.
 * Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar Salesforce environments.
 * Experience developing automation test scripts from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, REST APIs, and related automation tools.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, test management, regression testing, integration testing, defect tracking, and QA best practices.
 * Experience creating test plans, test cases, test summary reports, requirements traceability documentation, and QA metrics.
 * Bachelor's degree or higher.
 * Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification (verification required).
 * Must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
 * Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST and actively participate in daily team meetings.

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and execute end-to-end Salesforce test automation frameworks and automated test suites across multiple Agile Scrum teams.
 * Create automation test scripts from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, and API testing tools.
 * Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to develop testing strategies, validate user stories, and automate regression testing.
 * Perform functional, integration, regression, UI, API, and performance testing while documenting test results and defects in JIRA.
