## Description

* You support the operation, maintenance, and further development of our global HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
 * You contribute to the optimization and digitalization of People & Culture processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
 * You take on 2nd-level support tasks, analyze requests from key users and business departments, and work with the team to develop sustainable solutions.
 * You participate in international HR IT projects, particularly in the areas of Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
 * You assist in improving data quality, system interfaces, and HR IT-supported processes across the HR technology landscape.
 * You work closely with People & Culture, Group IT, key users, external partners, and international stakeholders.
