 * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team
 * Fluent in German and English

 * Develop and optimize data architectures for batch and real-time processing
 * Integrate data from various sources
 * Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance
 * Improve the performance, reliability, and transparency of data platforms
 * Collaborate with IT product teams, data analysts, and business departments
 * Establish and promote best practices in data engineering, testing, documentation, and version control
 * Evaluate new technologies and help shape the future data platform
