German is a plus Nice to have * Experience with Windows/Linux server administration * Familiarity with firewall/networking concepts (ports, VPNs, proxies) * Prior experience in an internal IT or technical support role * Interest in test automation and QA tooling ## Description You join us as a Technical Support & Solutions Engineer, splitting your time between internal technical support and hands-on technical work with our clients. A smaller part of the role keeps our own team running smoothly; the bigger part gets you directly involved in setting up our clients' environments for DataMaker and our other tools.
