## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Fachschule/HTL), vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Netzwerktechnik oder Elektrotechnik
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (IT-Systembetreuung)
 * Linux Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Planung, Konzeptionierung, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb von IPTV-Systemen bei unseren Kunden in der DACH-Region
 * Kundensupport (Second und Third Level) sowie Fernwartung der Systeme (und in vereinzelten Fällen auch Vorort-Einsätze)
 * Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdienst (Rufbereitschaft / Fernwartung)
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Fachbereichen (Softwareentwicklung, QA, Sales usw.)
