## About the Role

* 5-8 years' experience in complex technical environments
 * Minimum 3 years in a leadership/coordination role (managing Tech Leads or similar)
 * Strong background in release management and cross-team coordination
 * Experience in structured, large-scale IT or engineering organisations
 * Comfortable working through influence rather than hierarchy
 * Fluent in English + Dutch or French

## Description

We are currently sourcing a Tech Coordinator for a large-scale energy and infrastructure environment focused on the reliability and sustainability of electricity supply across Belgium and Europe.

The role sits at product area level and acts as the technical coordination layer between Tech Leads, Product Leads, and IT governance.

You will be responsible for:

 * Coordinating releases across multiple product teams and ensuring deployment readiness
 * Managing cross-team technical dependencies and escalating where needed
 * Safeguarding technical quality, security, and operational readiness before production
 * Supporting incident coordination across product lines when issues are cross-team
 * Providing visibility on technical risks, debt, capacity, and cost inputs for planning cycles
