## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
 * Proven experience with data migration or system integration projects.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data validation.
 * Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Able to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive solutions.
 * Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
 * Experience with large-scale transformation programs is a plus.
 * Knowledge of ETL processes or data migration tools is a plus.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst - Data Migration to support a major transformation program within the insurance sector. You will bridge business and IT by analyzing migration requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring high-quality data migration from source to target systems., * Analyze complex data migration requirements and assess their impact on systems and business processes.

 * Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and transformation rules.
 * Perform SQL-based data analysis and validate migration results.
 * Identify data quality issues and support reconciliation activities.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
 * Facilitate workshops and challenge proposed solutions to achieve the best outcome.
 * Support functional testing, migration validation, and defect analysis.
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and data-related issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
 * Ensure the quality of analysis, mappings, and migration deliverables.
