## Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable IT qui sera votre maître de stage, vous participez au bon fonctionnement de l'environnement numérique de l'entreprise. Lors de votre alternance, vous développerez une vision globale du métier IT à travers la diversité de vos missions et votre participation concrète aux choix et évolutions IT de l'entreprise, vous permettant une montée en compétences rapide., Sous la supervision du Responsable IT, vous participerez à/au :

 * Support et assistances aux utilisateurs (proximité et à distance, résolution des incidents matériels et logiciel, formations aux outils bureautiques…)
 * Gestion des équipements informatiques (préparation des postes de travail, suivi des équipements, participation à la gestion des stocks et de la documentation technique…)
 * Administration et sécurité (création des comptes utilisateurs, suivi des sauvegarde, participation à la sécurité informatique et à la configuration réseau, bonnes pratiques cybersécurité…)
 * Participation aux projets internes (renouvellement matériel, déploiement de logiciels, mise à jour des procédures, améliorations des outils…)
