Preferred Skills * Experience with mainframe or SAP workload migrations to cloud. * Knowledge of Kubernetes-based workload migration (Velero, KubeMove). * Familiarity with multi-cloud networking (SD-WAN, Aviatrix, Cloud WAN). * Experience with database-as-a-service migrations (Oracle to Aurora, SQL Server to Azure SQL). * ITIL or project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2). Relevant Certifications * AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional. * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). * Google Professional Cloud Architect. * AWS Certified Database - Specialty or Azure Database Administrator Associate. * HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate / Professional. Additional Requirements * Candidates must be citizens of a NATO member country. * Candidates must be eligible to work in Belgium. ## Description As a Senior Infrastructure Migration Expert, you will lead large-scale cloud migration programmes for enterprise clients, orchestrating the transition of complex workloads from legacy or on-premises environments to cloud-native platforms. You will own the migration strategy end to end - from discovery through to hypercare - managing risks, go/no-go decisions, and multi-stakeholder escalations. You will be the go-to reference for our clients' IT leadership on cloud migration, and will actively contribute to the development of migration assets, tooling, and practice capabilities., * Lead end-to-end cloud migration programmes: discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and hypercare. * Define and own comprehensive migration strategies covering lift-and-shift, replatforming, and refactoring.
