## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with strong SAP project management expertise to lead enterprise-level engineering and software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and technical coordination skills while managing cross-functional teams in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities

 * Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and AI programs across engineering, QA, and business teams.
 * Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project milestones and deliverables.
 * Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system designs and validation strategies.
 * Drive Agile and hybrid project delivery processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
 * Establish and monitor KPI dashboards for sprint health, bug tracking, velocity, and release transparency using Jira and Confluence.
 * Implement change management, risk mitigation, and technical debt tracking processes to improve delivery efficiency.
 * Support release planning, CI/CD coordination, and enterprise integration activities.
