## About the Role

* Experience with Playwright, Karate, or similar frameworks.
 * Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
 * Extensive experience in BAT and SIT.
 * Experience managing testing efforts for multiple parallel initiatives.
 * Strong stakeholder alignment, coordination, and communication skills.
 * Expertise in test preparation, execution, and defect management.
 * Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
 * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 * Knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.
 * Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
 * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
 * Experience working in large-scale, complex programs.
 * Knowledge of test automation concepts.
 * Experience in regulated and complex finance environments.
 * Knowledge of nCino and/or Salesforce.
 * ISTQB certification or equivalent.

## Description

* Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
 * Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
 * Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
 * Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

 * Develop test plans based on program requirements.
 * Coordinate test activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
 * Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and available.
 * Ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations.
 * Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities.
 * Collaborate with program managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
 * Regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
 * Oversee execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
 * Track test progress, defects, resolution, and reporting.
 * Escalate issues promptly.
 * Facilitate daily stand-ups or status meetings during the test phase.
 * Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to testing protocols.
 * Ensure documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
 * Provide reporting on test progress, defects, and risks.
 * Prepare phase-end summaries and contribute to go/no-go decisions.
 * Identify testing risks and dependencies.
 * Develop mitigation plans.
