## Description

Als Business Application Support Specialist - 2e lijns ben jij de vraagbaak voor je 1e lijns collega's. Je duikt diep in systemen, analyseert ingewikkelde meldingen en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen. Je schakelt met softwareleveranciers, ontwikkelteams en consultants om issues blijvend op te lossen. Dankzij jouw inzet halen onze klanten en collega's het maximale uit hun software.

 * Grondige analyses uitvoeren van complexe functionele of technische meldingen
 * 1e lijns collega's ondersteunen bij het vinden van oplossingen
 * Werken met verschillende applicaties (zoals Exact) en koppelingen met andere systemen
 * Configuraties uitvoeren en structurele verbeteringen aandragen
 * Samenwerken met interne specialisten, consultants en externe leveranciers
 * Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen en gebruikerservaring

 * Een hechte organisatie waar meer dan 80 professionals op dagelijkse basis klanten én collega's ondersteunen
 * Een team waar hard gewerkt, maar ook hard gelachen wordt
