## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field
 * 2+ years' experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused product or business-analysis role, ideally within travel or B2B technology
 * Hands-on experience owning a product backlog and writing clear requirements and user stories
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge requests constructively
 * Fluent in written and spoken English with superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
 * Strong data analytic skills and a critical mindset for vetting and prioritising information
 * Experience in an Agile environment
 * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
 * Curiosity to continually learn Agile best practice and the latest enabling technology, including AI-driven tools.

## Description

We're searching for a Product Owner to turn product strategy into working software, owning the backlog and day-to-day delivery for a product within an Agile team. Reporting to a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you act as the voice of the customer inside the delivery team, challenging stakeholder requests to separate wants from needs and translating the most significant problems and opportunities into clear, valuable requirements. You take priority decisions within your backlog and sprint, escalating cross-product trade-offs to the Product Manager, and you keep users, stakeholders and the delivery team aligned at every stage of the product life cycle so that what we ship supports WebBeds' strategy and goals., * Own and manage the product backlog for your product, converting customer feedback and stakeholder input into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories.

 * Act as the voice of the customer within the delivery team, ensuring what is delivered matches the agreed requirements and delivers the intended value.
 * Challenge stakeholder objectives to distinguish wants from needs, surfacing the higher-level goal and the business value behind each request.
 * Drive day-to-day prioritisation and execution across the product lifecycle, pre- and post-launch, taking backlog and sprint-level decisions and escalating cross-product trade-offs to the Product Manager.
 * Define and measure progress and value towards goals for your product, using data to guide continuous improvement.
 * Conduct market and product research and analysis, gathering and critically vetting the data the team needs to make well-informed decisions.
 * Support the Product Manager and product leadership with product analysis, business-case inputs, UAT and release readiness.
