## About the Role

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

 * Degree or equivalent industry experience.
 * Experience in product ownership, product management or technology delivery.
 * Proven ability to manage priorities, stakeholders and delivery in an agile environment.
 * Strong communication and influencing skills.
 * Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience in Pharma R&D, life sciences or regulated environments.
 * Knowledge of laboratory systems, scientific data or research workflows.
 * Experience working within SAFe or large-scale agile environments.
 * Familiarity with data standards, data governance or FAIR data principles.
 * Experience working with vendors and external partners.

## Description

* Execute on the vision, roadmap and delivery of the Experimental Data Workflow product area.
 * Partner with scientists, business stakeholders and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into valuable solutions.
 * Prioritise and manage the product backlog, making clear decisions on where to invest time and resources.
 * Lead agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality improvements and releases.
 * Balance short-term priorities with long-term product strategy.
 * Build strong relationships across R&D, acting as the bridge between science and technology.
 * Drive adoption of new capabilities and continuously improve how we work.
 * Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance and data governance requirements.
 * Work with external partners and vendors to shape future product enhancements.
