## About the Role

* Some hands-on experience in growth, ecommerce, CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid ads or digital marketing.
 * Comfortable writing copy, building email flows and helping launch campaigns.
 * Good understanding of ecommerce and customer journeys.
 * Able to move quickly, implement, measure and improve.
 * Organised, practical and comfortable working across several tasks at once.
 * Interest in books, gifting, storytelling, family history or personalised products.

Useful but not essential

Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, personalised gifts, print-on-demand, subscriptions, referral campaigns or AI tools.

## Description

We are looking for a hands-on growth and CRM operator to help improve acquisition, email marketing, ecommerce conversion, seasonal campaigns and customer reactivation for a personalised books and memory-keeping business.

This is an execution-focused role. You will help build campaigns, write copy, set up email flows, brief creative, improve landing pages, check tracking, review results and keep tests moving.

What you'll do

 * Help launch and improve paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
 * Build and improve CRM flows for abandoned checkout, welcome nurture, customer onboarding, inactive users, upsells, referrals and reactivation.
 * Improve landing pages, product pages, pricing pages, checkout messaging and gift flows.
 * Create seasonal campaigns for Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement and other gifting moments.
 * Test messaging around life stories, voice preservation, printed books, phone-call storytelling and family keepsakes.
 * Track key numbers including conversion rate, email revenue, campaign performance, average order value and repeat purchase.
 * Work with design, development and operations to get improvements live quickly.
