We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of our IT services, ensuring the technology that supports our business and railway operations remains secure, resilient and fit for the future., Reporting to the Head of IT & Information Security, you'll lead the operational delivery of IT services across KAD, ensuring infrastructure, systems and support services enable the safe and reliable operation of the DLR network.You'll act as the senior operational IT lead, overseeing service delivery, cyber security controls, supplier performance, infrastructure resilience and IT governance.You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, Keolis Group IT teams, Transport for London (TfL) and external suppliers to ensure IT services are aligned to operational requirements, regulatory obligations and industry best practice.
