## About the Role

* 3 years' experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency or software house environment

 * Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels

 * A deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies

 * A process-oriented mindset with clear, proactive communication and strong commercial acumen

 * Experience managing budgets, and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects

 * A can-do attitude with a proactive approach

 * Strong technical literacy and the ability to communicate digital solutions in layperson terms

 * PMP certification, Prince 2, Scrum Master certification desired, * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

 * project management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

 * PMP, Prince 2, or Scrum Master certification (preferred)

## Description

As a Digital Project Manager, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to delivering solutions that meets our client's needs, budget and timelines while ensuring best-in-class delivery., * Take charge of all aspects of project delivery, from planning and managing project process to overseeing project scope, timelines and budgets

 * Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and accountability

 * Track and report project progress

 * Be the go-to person for all things project-related, responsible for the entire life cycle of client projects

 * Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate

 * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, setting and managing expectations for scope, timeline, and budget

 * Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with your team members and clients to drive success

 * Be a problem-solver, tackling any obstacles that arise and ensuring smooth project execution
