Technical Skills * Strong Power BI development and data visualisation capabilities. * Advanced SQL skills, including writing, optimising, and troubleshooting complex queries. * Experience using Python for data preparation, analysis, automation, and statistical modelling. * Experience working with modern analytics and data platforms. * Working knowledge of R would be advantageous., * Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred. * Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred. * Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) preferred. * Professional certifications in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines would be beneficial. * Evidence of continuous professional development within analytics, data, and emerging technologies. ## Description Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria's vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland, We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytical initiatives that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with Directors and the Chief Operating Officer, you will deliver actionable insights, lead analytical projects, and champion best practice in data analysis. The role's initial focus will be on lead generation effectiveness and marketing channel ROI, establishing robust analytical frameworks that optimise investment decisions and improve business outcomes.
