## About the Role

* Projektleitung SAP: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Implementierungsprojekten im ERP- oder S/4HANA-Umfeld.
 * Defense & Security / SAP Logistik: Praktische Erfahrung aus SAP-Implementierungsprojekten im Umfeld SAP Defence & Security (DF-PS/IS-DFPS), SASPF oder vergleichbaren SAP-Lösungen in den Bereichen Logistik, Materialmanagement, Instandhaltung, PM, EAM oder Asset Management.
 * Implementierungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von SAP-Lösungen, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Customizing, Integration, Rollout, Systemeinführung oder Transformationsprojekten. Reine Anwender-, Key-User- oder Fachbereichserfahrung reicht für diese Rolle nicht aus.
 * Defense- oder Public-Sector-Umfeld: Erfahrung in Projekten mit Organisationen aus dem Verteidigungs-, Sicherheits-, Behörden- oder Public-Sector-Umfeld ist von Vorteil. Entscheidend ist die aktive Mitarbeit in SAP-Implementierungs- oder Transformationsprojekten.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich, da Projekte im Behörden- und Defense-Umfeld überwiegend auf Deutsch durchgeführt werden.

## Description

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Leitung von SAP-Implementierungsprojekten im Umfeld Defense & Security und verantworten die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Transformations- und Einführungsprogramme. Neben der Steuerung von Projektteams und Stakeholdern bringen Sie eigene praktische Erfahrung aus SAP-Implementierungsprojekten ein und begleiten die fachliche sowie technische Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Prozesse im SAP-System. Besonders relevant sind Projekte im Umfeld SAP Defence & Security, SASPF sowie angrenzender SAP-Logistik-, Asset-Management- und Instandhaltungsprozesse., * Projektleitung: Gesamtverantwortung für SAP-Implementierungsprojekte im Umfeld SAP Defence & Security, DF-PS sowie angrenzender SAP-Lösungen innerhalb komplexer Defense- und Public-Sector-Programme.

 * S/4HANA Transformation: Steuerung von Transformations- und Einführungsprojekten in Richtung SAP S/4HANA in sicherheitskritischen Systemlandschaften.
 * Implementierungssteuerung: Fachliche und organisatorische Steuerung der Umsetzung im SAP-System, insbesondere in den Bereichen Customizing, Systemkonfiguration, Integration und Rollout.
 * Prozessgestaltung: Weiterentwicklung integrierter Prozesse im Umfeld Logistik, Materialmanagement, Asset Management und Instandhaltung innerhalb von Defence- und Public-Sector-Organisationen.
 * Stakeholdermanagement: Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und technischen Teams in komplexen Projektstrukturen im Defence-, Behörden- und Sicherheitsumfeld.
