## Description

* Analyse und Behebung komplexer Incidents und Problems im 3rd-Level-Support sowie für den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zuverlässigen Betriebs von Windows- und Hybrid-Infrastrukturen im Managed-Services-Umfeld
 * Weiterentwicklung von Windows- und Hybrid-Architekturen
 * Verantwortung für Active-Directory-Landschaften einschließlich ADDS, DNS und DHCP
 * Betrieb und Optimierung von Microsoft Entra ID, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Hybrid-Sync-Szenarien unter Umsetzung moderner Security- und Governance-Standards
 * Implementierung von Sicherheitskonzepten wie MFA, Conditional Access und PIM
 * Durchführung von Access Reviews und Berechtigungsprüfungen zur Sicherstellung von Least-Privilege- und Governance-Strukturen
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Betriebsaufgaben mit PowerShell, Ansible/AWX und Playbooks sowie Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards und Betriebsprozesse
